For each accompanying person (family members, children above 6 ...) 25 € will be charged for welcome dinner+gala dinner if they attend.

Cancellation & Refund
The symposium organizattion committee must be notified in writing via e-mail of a cancellation for all registers.
Cancellations before October 15, 2013, full registration fee will be refunded except re-send costs. No refund can be granted for cancellations after that time.
Refunds will be processed within two-three weeks after syposium done.
The organization committee is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances.
